Lesa Roe named UNT System Chancellor by Board of Regents
The University of North Texas System Board of Regents has selected Lesa Roe, Acting Deputy Administrator for the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), as its new Chancellor. Ms. Roe's formal selection was approved by the board on Sept. 8.

Students get a taste for entrepreneurship
What: The University of North Texas' student-run restaurant, the Club at Gateway Center, will soon start serving three-course, gourmet lunches. The club opens for a limited time twice a year and gives students experience running a business.

Experimenting with music accelerates child development in UNT’s Early Childhood Music program
What: University of North Texas’ Early Childhood Music program offers music classes for children from birth to 5 years old. The classes are designed to accelerate childrens’ development in song, rhythm and expressivity.
