DENTON (UNT), Texas -- Emmanuela Akosua Opoku, a doctoral student in the University of North Texas' Department of Philosophy and Religion Studies, has been awarded a $5,000 P.E.O., or Philanthropic Educational Organization, International Peace Scholarship.
