During his State of the Union speech on Jan. 20 (Tuesday), President Barack Obama may urge the Federal Communication Commission to adopt strong regulations to ensure that the Internet remains a level playing field for businesses and the public. The speech will come a little more than a month before the FCC votes on new Internet rules, which have not been released to the media.

UNT partners with SkyLIFE Technology to research aerial emergency relief system
DENTON (UNT), Texas — The University of North Texas College of Public Affairs and Community Service is partnering with SkyLIFE Technology to conduct research that could help SkyLIFE determine the effectiveness of its approach of dropping emergency relief supplies by air to people during disasters.
SkyLIFE is also providing:

Young students learn about art by making their own books at UNT's Saturday Art Gallery Series Feb. 7
