UNT's URCM wins six international communication & design awards

DENTON (UNT), Texas – The University of North Texas' Division of University Relations, Communications and Marketing recently won six MarCom Awards.

URCM won the international awards given for conception, writing and design of print, visual, audio and web materials and programs, which were created by staff members in several division departments. URCM received the following awards:

  • Platinum - Print Creativity Award: Photography for the Freshman Viewbook, Vol. 1
  • Platinum - Print Creativity Award: Design for the Freshman Viewbook, Vol. 1
  • Platinum - Print Media Award for the Freshman Viewbook, Vol. 1
  • Gold - Print Media Award for the College of Education Viewbook
  • Gold - Digital Media Award for of the Freshman Viewbook website redesign
  • Gold - Video/Audio Award: Educational Institution for the "UNT Makes Transferring Easy" video

The MarCom Awards are a highly regarded international award competition presented by the Association of Marketing and Communications Professionals For two decades, the AMCP has honored organizations for their printed, audio and digital marketing materials from freelancers, public relations firms and advertising agencies to Fortune 500 corporations. More than 6,000 entries are judged by independent communications professionals.
