World-renowned installation artist <a href="https://tyler.temple.edu/faculty/pepon-osorio">Pepón Osorio</a>, who teaches at the Tyler School of Art at Temple University and is a former MacArthur Fellow, will speak at a moderated panel discussion during <em>Creating the City: A Dialogue on Contemporary Art + Education in Urban Spaces,<strong> </strong></em>a March 5 event to launch the new urban arts education studies concentration at the <a href="http://www.unt.edu/">University of North Texas</a>.
