Harper Lee, who received a Pulitzer Prize and fame for To Kill a Mockingbird, her first novel, has died at age 89. Lee’s only other work, Go Set a Watchman, was published last year as the sequel to Mockingbird, more than 50 years later.

Doug Campbell, learning services librarian with the University of North Texas Libraries, will discuss how Lee’s work inspires a love of reading and writing in students, as well as his personal interest in her work. He may be reached at 940-565-3980 or Douglas.Campbell@unt.edu.
