Summer heats up with marimba, mariachi and more at UNT

DENTON (UNT), Texas -- Marimba workshop concerts, a mariachi performance, Weill's Threepenny Opera and more will be presented this summer by the University of North Texas College of Music. Please include the following information in any briefs or calendars.

The Music Building is located at the southeast corner of Avenue C and Chestnut Street. The Murchison Performing Arts Center is along the north side of Interstate 35E at North Texas Boulevard. The Auditorium Building is located on West Hickory Street between avenues A and B.

Yummy Starts, a healthy eating program geared for kids with autism spectrum disorder, is helping kids with extreme selective eating habits. It's one of four behavioral intervention services offered at the Easter Seals North Texas Autism Treatment Program, a collaboration between the University of North Texas Department of Behavior Analysis and Easter Seals.
