Enrollees in the China 1+2+1 Transfer Program graduate with two degrees: one from UNT – the only university in Texas selected to join and one of 25 in the U.S. – and a second from a participating university in China.

The conference, hosted by UNT's College of Education, will take place from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Nov. 11 (Wednesday) at UNT's Gateway Center. About 300 people -- including teachers, assistant principals, principals, superintendents and school board members -- are expected to attend the conference to discuss education in the state of Texas and how to help students succeed.

The Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist Exam Prep Live Clinic from the National Strength and Conditioning Association will prepare budding strength and conditioning coaches for the exam required for their future careers. The exam meets a new requirement by the NCAA to certify strength and conditioning coaches.
